GEM has vast experience working as a federal contractor working on multiple federal installations throughout Virginia. This experience includes providing required government submittals, interaction with uniformed personnel / government representatives, and working in access controlled locations.

Specializing in structural concrete & CMU construction, clients like Stihl, Perdue and International Paper trust GEM with their multi floor concrete expansions. GEM knows what it takes to work in an occupied industrial area around heavy machinery and production line equipment.

 Working for municipalities brings to the table a new set of challenges. Often times work occurs in an occupied space. GEM has developed project execution methods that minimizes the impact on the client's daily operations. Our past projects include working for municipalities on the Peninsula and throughout Southeastern Hampton Roads.

GEM is both ASHE & ICRA Certified. Having performed with Sentara, Bon Secours and Portsmouth Naval Medical Center; GEM understands that Patient care  is the number one priority on each project.
