Our history
GEM was formed in 2018 while recognizing the need for a small concrete & CMU contractor within the Federal arena. Within the past five years GEM has grown into a top performing contractor dedicated to quality workmanship, custom service, and prompt project execution.
Our specialities
The main focus of our firm has been and continues to be structural concrete & CMU construction. Our team is highly experienced with excavation, foundations, retention wall, stem walls, mezzanine deck, post tension, structural concrete, pile caps, grade beams and more.
